All Of Our Orders Come with Domestic Free Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 Business Days. Some orders such as custom jewelries will be shipped within 7-14 Business Days. Shipping durations are below.

USPS First Class Shipping (3-7 Business Days)

Win Group Jewelry is proudly offers USPS First Class Shipping with Tracking Number to all  U.S Domestic Orders. We make every effort to ship orders of in-stock items the same day that we received it. Custom orders such as ring sizing and other special orders will require additional processing time. Once the shipment is proceed, we will provide you the tracking number or if you have account with us, you can check it in order history. Orders that are placed after 1 P.M EST Friday to Sunday, we will ship these orders on next Monday. Please make sure your PayPal Address and Shipping Address are confirmed. 

USPS Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days) 

It will take only 2-3 Business Days after we make shipment. We make every effort to ship orders of in-stock items the same day tht we received it. Once the shipment is proceed, we will provide you the tracking number or if you have account with us, you can check it in order history. Returns 
FREE RETURNS!!! Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@wingroupjewelry.com and send your item to: 86-15 Broadway, Apt 2J, Elmhurst, NY 11373

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, please fill out the return request form here. we will provide you the free return shipping label. All you have to do is print it out, pack it, label it and mail it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When will I be refunded?

Once we receive the item back, you will be refunded within 2 business days. You will receive an email letting you know once the refund is issued.

Warranty

All the orders that you purchased from Win Group Jewelry's website are covered with 1 Year Limited Warranty defects in materials, workmanship, covered repairs and services to the jewelry. This includes parts and labor necessary to fix problems which have occurred during normal usage of the jewelry, consistent with the conditions for which it was designed. Depending on the type of jewelry, the Plan would include resizing or reshanking of rings, clasp replacement, repair of broken chains, repair of worn or broken prongs, repair of broken earring posts or other similar repairs. During the duration of the warranty you have the option to ship the ring to us two separate times for inspection, cleaning and polishing to restore the natural beauty of your item, otherwise warranty is voided. 

What is not covered in warranty? 

Jewelry that has been damaged as a result of excessive or abusive treatment. Warranty is voided on ring that have been reset or if labor has been performed the item by another jeweler. This plan also does not cover loss, theft, accidental abuse, damage resulting to the jewelry from loss, act of god, any consequential damages or loss of use resulting from the broken or damaged jewelry.
